I was the HIPAA security office for MyITpros and as the officer, I was responsible for enforcing all policies regarding HIPAA and ePHI. I work with the entire company to ensure that all measures are taken to secure ePHI for our clients. As the Security Officer I was also responsible for managing all HIPAA-related violations within the company as well as enforcing all BSAs with vendors and third parties.

As an account manager, I was the primary consultant to my accounts and serve as the technical point of escalation. I designed and implemented networking and server solutions while working with our clients to provide the best solution for their needs. I also worked with our support team as an escalation point while managing my client's relationship with MyITPros. Working as an account manager at an MSP requires that I had the technical skill set to support multiple complex environments as no two clients are alike.

We support Windows/Linux/Mac environments with an emphasis on windows based systems along with server and cloud support. At MyITpros we handle all the networking and server management needs our of clients to provide a stable and productive environment. As a helpdesk, I would work with my team to troubleshoot and resolve issues for our clients.

I was the sole IT administrator at Fanning Fanning and Associates and as such I was responsible for the entire IT department. Along with day to day support for workstations and users I designed and implemented all server and network solutions. I was also the project manager for Fanning's proprietary CAD software PegAEsys and was responsible for hiring and managing the development process of the software. We focused development on AutoCAD integration and UI enhancements while working with the Open Design Alliance.

As a non-commissioned security guard, I primarily worked as a guard at a food distribution warehouse during the night shift. I was responsible for checking IDs of all personnel before entry and checking personnel for contraband before they were allowed to leave. I was required to patrol the warehouse and office every 30 minutes as well as monitor health and safety systems. Security checks were performed on all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
