Designed and then managed day-to-day operations of a global corporate crisis management program serving roughly 10,000 employees in over 150 offices around the world. Developed corporate resilience plans and threat annexes to address pandemic response, cyber resilience, technology infrastructure outages, active shooter/hostile intruder incidents, and site-level life safety emergencies. Created a corporate crisis management/business continuity/IT disaster recovery exercise/testing program. Provided command and control facilitation for crises ranging from natural and man-made disasters to large-scale technology/business disruptions.

Managed high-risk and large-scale global life safety and technology disruption incidents and day-to-day operational aspects of crisis management for over 20,000 employees located in over 200 offices worldwide. Created and managed corporate training and exercise program for multiple global operational resilience teams. Supported Vendor Resilience, Third-Party Resilience, and Merger & Acquisition Resilience Reviews. Assisted with development of active shooter/hostile intruder and insider threat response planning. Led operational resilience and crisis management planning/preparedness activities for Super Bowl LIV (2020), 2020 ABB FIA Formula E Championship, 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, and 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Directed county public safety agency serving ~400,000 citizens with a $30 million operating budget consisting of six operational divisions (300 employees): Emergency Management, EMS, Beach Patrol, 9-1-1, Animal Control, and Community Paramedicine. Served as County Incident Commander for multiple large-scale disasters including Hurricanes Matthew (2016) and Irma (2017). Received 2018 Public Safety Communications Technology Leadership Award from APCO International. Created Florida’s first Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ocean Lifeguard program and first county-based Community Paramedicine program.

Instructed in-person and distance-learning courses on public safety topics including disaster response, active shooter incidents, and emerging technologies.
