Camp program creation, implementation and execution. - Over the course of 6 months, I researched and developed new games, skits, and large group activities that coordinated with the established theme for the summer. - Once I developed a weekly schedule for the staff that required clear communication between other members of the leadership team, I implemented the new activities by teaching the staff and leading the campers. - I created a 60-page 'Camp-in-a-Box' that detailed my methods and schedules for running a smooth camp. This document will teach future Program Coordinators what I learned and hopefully they will be able to improve on my ideas.
