Working as a project manager for a wide variety of projects. The projects range from repair or replacement projects, but also providing new equipment to brownfield and greenfield projects.Part of Wilton's work involves maintenance in the energy and (petro)chemicals industry. In addition, we focus on optimizing thermal processes, using heat exchangers (shell & tube or air-cooled). As a project manager, I am the central link between clients, production partners, suppliers, and inspection authorities. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and standards (PED/CE & ASME) or Maritime or Offshore standards means that no project is the same.Wilton’s client base extends from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to North and South America.

In addition to the tasks as a project manager, as previously described for the period of August 2011 to March 2016, I was also involved in improving the use of the ERP system (Ridder R8) to gain better insight into project costs and to make more reliable project forecasts. This was linked to a reporting tool and the creation of a Projects Dashboard (Cockpit), providing company-wide insight into the status of all projects and progress on milestones. An additional challenge in 2020 was the international situation regarding COVID-19 in combination with international projects, where solutions had to be found to continue the work as effectively as possible in compliance with the applicable international travel and quarantine regulations.

After 12 years in project execution as a project manager I am currently working as a senior project engineer at NIJL aircraft docking. As senior project engineer I am working on a variety of projects and proposals concerning aircraft docking and hangar lay-out studies. It is our goal to provide our customers with the best possible and affordable solution for them to carry out aircraft maintenance with the lowest possible down time of the aircraft and the best possible working comfort and safety for their mechanical staff. As senior project engineer I am co-working with mechanical engineers, concept engineers and aircraft engineers and sales managars in order to propose the optimal solution to our customers. Furthermore I am using my project execution knowledge to improve the quality of the project management and work process at NIJL Aircraft Docking 2.0 b.v

Ventilex is a well-known supplier for fluidized bed drying systems. As project manager at Ventilex I am responsible for the execution of projects sold all over the globe. At the moment my focus lies at projects in cooperation with Incotec, who is the owner of the Thermo seed technology. A technology to threat field crop seeds and vegetable seeds with high temperature for a short period of time, in order to kill fungus and nematodes in the seeds in order to increase the grow, with a better product quality as a result and reducing the need for chemicals during this cycle. The technology is currently being implemented globally, giving me a real international opportunity.At Ventilex the project manager is responsible for the project schedule & budget, good professional client relations, directing the project team (process, engineering, work preparation, purchase, production, field service and after sales). I report directly to the PMC/ location manager. Projects size varies between 200K – 2 million euro, with a lead time between 6 – 12 months.

At BHT I am responsible for the technical realisation of projects.The translation of all client specification and national and international regulations on pressure equipment, off-shore equipment, refinery equipment etc. is my duty.BHT is a world-wide selling manufacturer of heat exchanging equipment and systems such as shell and tube heat exchangers or air cooled coolers. Within BHT projects a wide varations of engineering skills are required. such as: Engineering of pressure equipment, Welding techniques, rotating equipment engineering,construction engineering, sound emmision and vibration techniques

At TCAC I've worked as an R&D engineer for an Airbus project.The project main objective was to get an innovative composite material from research stage to production stage. Furthermore I was responsible to get the material certified for use in Airbus aircrafts
