Co-lead Telogical’s Client Data Team to maintain a database of both residential and commercial telecom product, pricing, and promotion data. This database supported a mission-critical sales and support tool that was used daily by tens of thousands of customer service representatives working for the nation’s largest communications companies. Analyzed proprietary telecom product and pricing catalogs. Mapped the client proprietary data to the Telogical proprietary database. Loaded client proprietary data into the Telogical proprietary database. Conducted data quality tests to insure accuracy. Monitored websites to catch any of the latest changes in the telecom industry. Helped improve processes which saved our team hundreds of hours a year. Trained a team on how to analyze propriety telecom data.

Worked with a team of seven to maintain Telogical’s client database of residential telecommunications pricing data. I mastered Excel while doing this job and exercised leadership by helping to improve many of our processes.  Developed an innovative data loading process employing Excel macros that resulted in a savings of hundreds of man-hours per year in analyst time.  Analyzed proprietary data from the top telecom companies in the world. Worked on and led many projects to improve the efficiency of our processes. Learned how to be creative with Excel when working on huge projects, using macros and formulas. Trained coworkers on how to do their work in a more efficient way. Learned how to use DemandTools to update massive pricing changes to the Telogical database. Resolved client data issues reported via Freshdesk and Salesforce.

I helped maintain Telogical’s proprietary client data using various internal tools.  Entered a huge amount of data into the Telogical database using Excel and various proprietary tools.  Developed an innovative technique for loading channel lineup data that resulted in a 75% efficiency gain. Later, I trained my supervisors on this technique and it was adopted by the entire team.

I maintained data in the Telogical database. I learned how to use Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.  Copied channel lineup cards from the biggest telecom companies in the USA.  Learned how to update channel lineups in the Telogical database using internal tools. Was the fastest channel lineup copier in Telogical’s history.
