Prior to this role, she served on the R/GA San Francisco leadership team for 4 years, building the San Francisco strategy team and contributing to successes across clients including Google, Ubisoft, Slack, Fair, and Airbnb. Before R/GA, Kelli contributed to Cisco’s global turnaround centered on the Internet of Everything at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. She grew the AKQA strategy team from 5 to over 20 strategists, social analysts and business analysts. There, she helped Target, YouTube, Visa and Red Bull navigate a new social world. She’s also helped launch the Porsche Cayenne at Carmichael Lynch, simplified messaging for LendingTree at Mullen, and won an Effie for Dyson vacuum at Fallon.Kelli values listening over talking, quant over qual, and being interesting over being right. She’s also part owner of the Green Bay Packers.
