I am responsible for assisting in the effective full life cycle recruitment strategy for Rite-Hite’s corporate and sales functions. This includes our sales coordinator entry-level program, sales internship program, the Rite-Hite distribution group as well as the development and implementation of recruitment strategy for internal corporate departments. I’m responsible for building relationships with various partner colleges and universities in the United States for the purpose of building Rite-Hite’s sales program. This includes but is not limited to - traveling to our partner’s campuses for sales competitions, classroom presentations, and career fairs. I’m also responsible for the implementation and communication of various HR policies and procedures.

As a recruiting specialist, I am responsible for helping mentor, coach, and train a team of recruiters and coordinators while working closely with my Program Delivery Lead, all while servicing multiple ManpowerGroup Solution's RPO clients.Some of my duties include brainstorming new sourcing strategies, reporting metrics, creating trainings, and working one on one with clients to ensure success of our team.

Through my various sourcing techniques, I build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of ManpowerGroup Solution’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing line of business. I participate in the task based recruitment activities as assigned including: phone screening, email blasting, sourcing, research, posting jobs, coordination tasks and others.
