Last but not least excellence. Providing the best you can be an strive to be the best often gives the best results. In my role at City Year all the values sums up my experiecne. I strived to make sure I made a difference in atleast one students life. I grew as an indivudal and reminded humble.

Key Communities, Key Explorer Community at Colorado State University allowed first year students who came in undeclared to be around other underclared students and discover what they wanted to study in school. I was in the Key Academic Community my first year at CSU which inspired stay associated with the communities and become a mentor. In my role I met with students, was a resource for them as well as facilitated classes. Being in the community allowed students to find a home away from home.

This organization also worked a lot with First Year Student Orientation which included helping with presentation throughout the summers and the school year.
