Profile bio

About Seth Robertson

After working in EarlyResolution for over 9 years, I started working at U.S. Bank to be groomed for a management position. I've been able to completely restructure our team to increase productivity and team moral to record levels. I created advanced reporting in PowerBI which gave leadership (and the team) and in-depth look at our productivity and places where we could further improve. I was able to further drive out test automation efforts, which further enhanced our ability to deliver more each release. I've been blessed with excellent mentors throughout my life that have directly impacted my management style as a servant-leader. My job is to make those around and under me succeed, and in doing so I will also succeed.

Listed skills include Requirements Gathering, Ssis, Vb.Net, Databases, and 44 others.
