In 2018, I took some time reflect on what I truly found fulfilling and joy, and what that meant for the trajectory of my career. In that season of reflection, I realized I was spending valuable hours where I should be working towards earning my commission checks on helping my peers and developing those around me. I also was spending hours with teaching percussion at a non-profit drumline group in Austin for no money at all. Serving others in helping them grow, improve, find happiness and fulfillment themselves - THAT is what got me going. I love helping people. I love seeing other people succeed. I love working to develop leaders to become coaches that lead their teams with empathy and inspiration. Since then, I've shifted my focus on how to improve the lives of others through learning and development, training/enablement, and coaching. I still have much to learn on this journey, but am so excited to continue down the path of lifting up others!
