Oracle EBS Workstream Lead Lead multiple development teams consisting of analysts, developers, and testers. Monitor and report on project advancement and development team progress. Ensure project timelines are maintained and the teams are meeting the target goals. Schedule and attend project meetings while coordinating with management to resolve identified issues. Work closely with the Program Managers and the Business Process Owners to clarify requirements and communicate items of interest to development team and upper management. Role: Oracle R12 Migration Team Lead As the Oracle R12 Migration Team Lead, I acted as a Technical Advisor to a team from Oracle Corp. for R12 Implementation of Military Personnel Data Systems (MilPDS) for Subject Matter. My efforts involved substantial work, research, and analysis for the MilPDS R12 upgrade. A vital portion of this support started when we discovered Oracle's CEMLI analysis of MilPDS was inaccurate and we performed a complete analysis using Oracle's CEMLI guide. I assisted the Functional, Requirements, and Testing teams in resolving the R12 issues for the Oracle Team. This upgrade included over 17000 Custom objects. I utilized PL/SQL Developer and SQL*Plus to support MilPDS as part of a large development team to maintain, debug, and correct coding errors in existing packages, procedures, and functions. I also utilized Oracle Developer 2000, 6i, and 10g Developer Tools to maintain custom forms, reports, and libraries.

Design and develop PL/SQL packages and procedures to interface between the Internet and an Oracle 8.1.7 database. Worked closely with the functional team to analyze requirements and ensure all business rules are met to maintain data integrity.

Perform debugging, maintenance and performance tuning methods on packages and procedures on a production system. Create new packages and procedures, while interacting with users to be certain that a quality product was delivered to the end user, ensuring data integrity at all times. Using Forms 6i to design and develop over 30 forms to enhance data maintenance capabilities and greatly reduce maintenance time. Maintain data by inserting or updating records into the appropriate tables.

Create packages, procedures and functions in PL/SQL to allow interaction between web applications and the database to enable the remote user to insert, update, and delete data from their records. Perform maintenance and performance tuning on existing packages and procedures, as well as debugging and correcting coding errors. Interacting with functionals and users to ensure a quality product is delivered for the end user. Support production system by debugging, correcting, and enhancing both Oracle core forms and custom forms.

Utilized Oracle Developer 2000, Forms 6i, and Reports 6i to create and maintain custom forms, custom reports, Oracle core forms and Oracle core reports. Created and maintained packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to be used on Oracle 7.3.4 and 8i databases to handle data migration, data validation, and to apply business rules at database level. Created and maintained PL/SQL reports for use in Oracle Applications and on the Web. Developed packages and procedures with Oracle Web Technologies to allow for data manipulation and information transfer via the Internet and local intranet systems. Used Oracle Portal 3.0.8 to create pages, content areas, forms, menus, and integrate Oracle forms and PL/SQL packages, procedure and functions to implement portal security within PL/SQL to extend security outside of the Portal environment. Worked with Oracle Financials Applications to maintain security, create and register forms and reports, and setting up user responsibilities. Developed and maintained more than 20 forms to be used with the Oracle Financials Application, also for use on the Internet.

Analyze, design, develop, and maintain the education and training life-cycle areas for the Military Modernization (MILMOD) of the Air Force Personnel Data System (PDS). Used Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE), Oracle Designer 2000, Developer 2000, Oracle Training Administration, and Oracle HR Applications to design and develop software to allow the Air Force to manage their personnel training system and track personnel through all levels of training. Also used PVCS to track and promote software through the life-cycle phases. Extensively used Oracle Developer 2000 tools to design 8 custom forms and detailed libraries to ensure business rules were followed, always keeping the end user in mind for maximum comprehension. Created stored packages, procedures, functions and cursors to maximize the use of Oracle core forms and handle business rules at the database level. Created solution designs based on specifications from the personnel subject matter experts. Responsibilities included working hand in hand with the Configuration Management team to maintain standards and ensure migration of all forms, libraries, menus, and functions throughout the stages of the software life cycle. As the Quality Assurance representative for the section, ensured that all employees adhered to standards and maintained the highest degree of data integrity possible.
