I am an experienced Service Management and SIAM professional bringing 20+ years of work experience from configuration management to leading financial projects, to running and being responsible for heavily used global services. I have extensive technical understanding and sometimes even programming skills have come in handy, but it is really my networking skills that allow me to quickly get to the bottom of things, make the necessary connections and have good relationships with all the stakeholders.
