Experienced business owner and entrepreneur with a demonstrated working history specializing in building timeless custom single-family homes, real estate development, multifamily apartment investments and short/long-term rentals. In short, all things real estate and construction with a strong passion towards the scale of architecture and delivering on the expectations of clients and investors. Currently serve as the Principal Owner of The Ransom Co., a custom home building firm, and Board Member on the Zoning Appeals Board of Metro Nashville. Fun fact, I was cast as a host of a new HGTV pilot “30 Days to Home” and featured in Capitol File Magazine as a “Young Gun” reshaping D.C. real estate. Prior to starting The Ransom Co. and co-founding MRKT Capital, I played professional baseball for the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals organizations. From all of my experiences I know that I’m called to serve in a bigger more meaningful way which is why I’m also a founding partner of Friends of McCabe Park, a pending not-for-profit organization aimed at supporting a local Nashville park and HelpingHammers.org, a pending not-for-profit organization aimed at supporting our local communities by providing home contracting, maintenance and repair services free of charge.
