• In coordination with the Deputy Athletic Director and Associate AD for Strategic Initiatives, focus on growth and success of $40M in revenue verticals by exploring new revenue streams, improve upon current revenue opportunities and assist in special projects. • Create and execute plans to grow revenues and program interest through licensing, team store partner, venue usage, in-game experience, convention and visitor bureau relationship, on-campus golf course, game-day tailgates and parking while gaining notable exposure in areas such as concessions, apparel/supplier contracts and contract negotiations. o Revenues from new Team Store provider increased 72% during the 2018-19 academic calendar, the first year of the new partnership with MainGate, including $100K over budgeted goalo Gameday sales for football games have seen growth of over 75.3% from 2017 to 2019 and 20.3% from 2018 to 2019 - overall revenues for 2019-20 surpassed budgeted goal by Dec. 1, 2019o Revenues from licensing paid to athletics increased 19% during the 2018-19 academic calendar, including $125K over budgeted goalo Moon Landing program around 2019 homecoming game resulted in sales of approximately $135K between mini-helmet, uniform patch and coaches sideline hat with over 4,000 units sold • Helped guide overhaul of operations and fiscal efficiency of Purdue Golf Courses, including focus on merchandise sales, marketing efforts, new food and beverage partner, identifying new revenues – including increase in facility usage and academic class offeringso Saw overall financial improvement at course from $405K loss to $215K loss during 2019 season • Worked closely with game operations staff and game experience staff to provide analysis and oversight of gameday operations for football and men’s basketball games • Organized team and administration logistical efforts for 2018 Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl trip to Nashville, Tenn., and efforts for potential 2019 Final Four run
