Robert Stroud is a partner in the law firm Blalock Walters, P.A. and is based in the Firm’s Sarasota office. His practice encompasses the full range of corporate and real estate matters. Health care companies represented by Robert include, management companies, pharmacies, medical supply vendors, surgery center companies and developers, large multi-specialty and single-specialty medical group practices, accountable care organizations, independent practice associations, third party payors including HMOs, and entrepreneurs.
