Personal concierge to all levels of legal staff (Associate to Partner) to upgrade corporate mail platform software on their BYOD devices. My interaction begins with a one-on-one meeting to review the configuration, specs, preferences and deployment process. As the single point of contact for the project, I manage the software upgrade, return and training of the software.

• Daily management of a highly effective IT environment including oversight of staff, SDLC projects, IT Architecture, server room, desktop, laptop and mobile equipment, website coding, Audio/Video environment, CISCO phone system.• Responsible for $5MM technology budget; monthly and quarterly analysis of actuals vs. projections.• Presented dashboards to C-Level Executives in clear, understandable commentary and diagrams.• Oversight of all IT vendor relationships, including staff support, software/hardware licensing, product support, environmental controls and building management.• Single point of contact for all external IT vendors and ensured Service Level excellence in accordance with contractual agreements. • Proposed technology enhancements/upgrades to produce cost savings, provided financial reports to CFO and C-level management. • Managed Cybersecurity initiatives including the evaluation and planning of infrastructure changes in accordance with SEC guidelines.
