Since March 2019, I am responsible for our sustainability activities in Brazil. Together with our experienced team we are supplying services for different certification programs (such as Bonsucro, RTRS, GMP+, FSC, Smeta, ISCC, Renovabio etc). MoSagri is a company that focuses on sustainable agribusiness in Mozambique. MoSagri started as a family company and I wrote the business plan together with my father and brother.MoSagri grows moringa in the Naquema and Lumbo area. Currently we grow organic moringa on 500ha.Currently I focus on my job for Peterson and Control Union. When asked I will give advice to MoSagri and I am still involved in strategic decisions.

In October 2015 I started working for Control Union Brazil in my role as an Account Manager. I am responsible for several international clients, mainly focused on sustainable agribusiness. During a six month period I wrote my Master thesis. The subject was "The influence of knowledge sharing on the relationship value between buyer and supplier".

Besides my Master of Strategic Management I guided students of the Avans during their internships. I gave them advice, had contact with their supervisor and evaluated the process. During this period I saw a lot of different companies, students and assignments. This helped me to improve my communication and ways to stimulate students. All the students followed the programm Commerce of the AMBM (Academy Marketing Business Management)
