As Senior Executive Director my role is value creator, facilitator and coordinator across the entire real estate business.With a strategic role involving oversight of all the organization's divisions, I ensure that the teams are effectively structured, explore and implement new technology to aid growth, invest in development and enhance the service offer, improving overall performance. I ensure continued business growth and have accountability for developing and driving the businesses core delivery, development and expansion, and delivering transformational change management across the corporate and operational piece.Combining an innovative approach with a desire to challenge the status quo, I have a particular interest in technology, operational strategy and the intersection of these factors with people in order to ensure effective outcomes for all stakeholders.With over 20 years experience in property management and financial accounts and a background in company and property finance I have insight into the impact of technological change on the industry, with additional specialisation in the management and coordination of large commercial property portfolios and the associated teams for investor clients.
