Throughout his career, Robert Steimle has worked with large, sometimes global, companies in the automotive and industrial markets. Throughout his employment with firms such as Dana Corporation, Associated Dry Goods, and Janesville Acoustics, Robert Steimle has developed significant abilities in the areas of problem solving, forecasting, budgeting, integrations, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Over almost four decades in his professional endeavors, Robert Steimle has developed a reputation as a respected leader.Furthermore, Robert Steimle has served as President of the Whitley County, Indiana, Manufacturing Society; President of the Columbia City, Indiana, Chamber of Commerce Industrial Division; a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of Michigan Technological Education College; and a Member of the Outlying Regional Board of Directors at the Indiana Vocational Technical College.Robert Steimle laid the foundations for his early career with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, from which he graduated cum laude. Then, after working for JCPenney and Associated Dry Goods, Robert Steimle decided to go back to school for his Master of Business Administration. Although Robert Steimle was working full-time as a Plant Controller and Administrative Manager at the Columbia City, Indiana, branch of Dana Corporation, he managed to earn his degree within five years and maintain membership in the Sigma Iota Epsilon Honorary Society. Well-equipped with an advanced degree, Robert Steimle spent the next 20 years rising through the ranks at Dana Corporation, where he worked as a Plant Controller, Credit Manager, and Division Controller. Now an employee of Janesville Acoustics, Robert Steimle reinvests in his community through donations to the United Way.
