Providing technical and strategic support the renovation and remodelling of approx 300 fast food restaurants in Western Canada.Review of design, tendering, construction processes to optimize owner and operator requirements focussing on minimizing impact to ongoing operations.

Responsible for supporting the key Chevron regions, North America, Asia Pacific, and Africa Europe Pakistan in the execution of petroleum marketing facilities site selection, design, construction, and maintenance. Focus included contractor performance, safety, design standards, cost control, and schedule of project execution.

Responsible for site selection and aquisition, design, construction and maintenance of Marketing facilities in South Africa, and associated countries, Botswana, Namibia Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. Managed a staff of 60 and responsible for annual spend of $50M.

Responsible for the development and execution of new and upgraded petroleum facilities in BC and Alberta. Worked in all regions of BC, extensive knowledge of development requirements, building and fire codes, and delivered apporx 20 significant projects annually.

Participated on a multi stakeholder work team to develop Retail Petroleum development standards for Caltex sites throughout Australasia, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Brought extensive expertise specifically in the areas of petroleum storage and piping systems, and delivered training to in country staff throughout Caltex operations.
