I am truly passionate about development and find educating others to be highly intrinsically valuable. Including all individuals has always been a strength and value for me. Further galvanized through my experience in the US Navy, I strongly believe in leaving no one behind in the development process. It is not enough, however, to simply instruct on competencies. My futuristic strength aides in developing plans of implementation for individuals to not only realize their strengths and values, but to practice them in their daily work.
