• Automated Reporting: Develop and implement automated solutions for customized reporting of large data sets using Python, SQL, and VBA, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.• Project Management Office (PMO) Consulting: Serve as a PMO consultant for the bank’s Wealth Management and Consumer Technology portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.• Financial Governance: Oversee financial governance for a technology executive managing multiple financial portfolios, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.• Portfolio Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze the financial status of executive initiative portfolios, identifying and resolving risks and issues to maintain minimal variance from approved budgets.• Budgeting and Expense Management: Lead financial management for budgeting, forecasting, and team direct expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.• Vendor Contract Management: Collaborate with external vendors on contract renewal and creation processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely agreements.

• Own online portfolio financial management routines (analyzing, forecasting, reporting, etc.)• Improve & invent processes to make the reporting of data more efficient• Reconcile datasets across multiple systems• Take the lead on converting to an entirely new labor management reporting system• Manage and allocate project financials across several levels of reporting• Work with senior leadership on various analytical ad-hoc projects

• Work closely with senior leadership to prepare the annual budget for Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc (including 2 hospitals, physician practice entity, referred lab, 4 urgent care facilities, rehab facility, at-home care entity, and more)• Support a wide array of projects as needed (Unit of service reporting, ad hoc analysis, data reconciliation, bi-weekly FTE/volume support)• Leverage computer applications to provide key insights to the organization• Spearheaded methodologies to accurately track and report inventory levels of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic• Act as an administrator for our financial reporting system (Healthcare Insights)• Execute daily reconciliations of financial information systems
