I have created blueprints, using AutoCAD, as well as updated Die Designs to match modifications that were made to the tooling. I am familiar with the drawing capabilities of Mastercam and have used same to program tool paths on Bridgeport Mills. As a Tool and Die Coop member, my primary responsibility was the maintenance of existing dies and to set them up for the press operators. I machined, heat-treated and finish ground replacement components of existing dies. I sharpened punches and die matrix's, and then timed out the die. I also was to tear apart Dies, catalog the perishable tooling, assign a storage location for each component, prepare and file drawings for each component, (i.e. Kanban the Die Sets).

I was in the process of making a career change. While I was attending Waukesha County Technical College, I initially was responsible for general cleaning of the shop and it's equipment. After a few months, my responsibilities shifted and I operated CNC turning and milling machines.
