Hello! I'm Robert Tamillo, Managing Director at JLL. My 15-year journey in real estate has shaped me into an experienced Corporate Real Estate Consultant. I work closely with national and global occupiers, primarily within transportation, manufacturing, e-commerce, and energy sectors. My role involves an active understanding of our clients' businesses, enabling me to provide tailored services from JLL's extensive portfolio.Together with my team, we bring a blend of expertise in portfolio management, site selection, workforce analytics, supply chain and logistics optimization. We handle reverse logistics, offer proactive real estate analytics, and guide economic incentives and capital markets. Our approach also encompasses project development services. Central to our operations is the aim of fostering robust, mutual client relationships.Over the years, I've been part of transactions exceeding $1.0B. My work spans site selection, supply chain logistics, and negotiation of commercial and industrial real estate deals. I've served as an advisor across varied sectors across the globe.Before JLL, I began my journey in Corporate Real Estate at Sheldon Good & Company and DTZ, contributing to the growth of the industrial occupier business. I earned a B.S. in Management from Indiana University and furthered my studies at Lorenzo de'Medici in Florence, Italy. I'm a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and hold affiliations with several professional organizations.Beyond work, I'm an adventurer at heart. From South Africa to Europe, my travels have taken me to many corners of the world. I lend my support to Save the Rhino International and contribute to local Chicago organizations, Wounded Warrior Project, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
