Over the last 25 years I have built my skills and experience across a variety of industries including FMCG, Logistics, Professional Services, Retail and most recently in Utilities as the Chief People Officer for Hydro Tasmania. I see myself as a business leader who achieves good results through people. Since 2005 I have been a member of executive leadership teams, driving cultural transformation, acquisitions, mergers and operating model changes to improve performance across a number of Key Result Areas, including shareholder returns, finance, operations, safety and people. I believe that my purpose is to help organisations succeed by helping its people bring and express the best version of themselves in their work.
