I have a lifetimes experience of trying to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families, first as a social worker, then managing local authority services and more recently as chief executive of two national charities. I have introduced new ways of working, led change programmes, influenced and advised on national policy and guidance, and have substantial experience of governance at both organisational and programme level.I now use this experience to help other organisations and individuals who are seeking to make changes that will improve lives.
