Having spent thirty-three years in the technology space from development to client facing to executive, I’ve been able develop and sharpen my skills. I still have a lot of room to learn and grow. I’m looking for my next great challenge. Can I run a development shop, infrastructure, large technology staff, Yes. I’ve had the good fortune to develop many skills. Among them are:• Team building, skills enhancement, and retention• Vision, concept development, and execution• Organizational and technological evangelization both internally and externally• Providing calm leadership and direction• Board of Directors level communication of complex technology mattersAt Lincoln Center, the result began with the design and management of all technology solutions for the 1.2-billion-dollar campus wide transformation. I continued with the realization of new revenue sources through creation of technology shared services, live broadcast and streaming offerings. More recently, I executed productivity and revenue increasing CRM & Marketing Cloud strategy complete with a new analytics environment. Finally, I designed and lead the migration to a cost reducing complete SAS/Cloud application delivery. Throughout, security was always an overarching concern having executed and constantly enhanced a seven-layer shield.I’m searching for a new challenge where my skills, experience, and enthusiasm can make really difference. I’m interested in an environment that I can be as passionate about as I have been at Lincoln Center. The location and industry are not factors, the mission and challenge are paramount.
