As a key member of the executive team, I contribute to the strategic and financial planning of the company. I lead a team of software engineers in managing high-traffic e-commerce sites with SAP integration, utilizing Agile Scrum for project management. My role involves partnering with department managers to devise web strategies that surpass business and UX objectives, and I actively research and implement new technologies to enhance our software architecture, ensuring data security through PCI compliance. Additionally, I oversee the design and management of product feeds to major online marketplaces and the selection and maintenance of network hardware, while leading ERP upgrades to improve process efficiency and automation.
