I take a leadership role in helping health systems, hospitals, provider organizations and healthcare technology vendors utilize and maximize technology by:Bringing clarity and direction to CEO’s CIO’s and other executive leadership regarding how to maximize their Healthcare IT, data and Digital Health investments.Developing a strategy and practical plan for how to best use new technologies such as generative AI.Getting things unstuck, fixing what’s broken and moving forward with stalled or underperforming technology or data initiatives.Developing or refining IT, data and digital health strategies, objectives and next steps.Evaluating healthcare technology product or service offerings with a focus on the best strategy, best fit and best value.Coaching/mentoring CIOs and other executives toward maximizing IT performance.

Planned, extended visit to experience life out of our 2nd home in Italy. In addition to creating this home of our dreams, my wife and I immersed in the Italian and French cultures, visiting wineries, medieval villages, the countryside, and Mediterranean coast. During the process (multiple years/visits), we have faced a number of challenges and we have also made many friends, all of which is very enriching.
