We starten een meting met een ECG meter van Firstbeat en dan volgt een uitvoerige rapportage over jouw vitaliteit. We gaan jouw stress en herstel balans zien, kwaliteit van slaap en of je voldoende beweegt. Daarnaast zien we de effecten van voeding. Al deze zaken hebben met elkaar te maken en op basis van de eerste uitkomst gaan we een doelstelling bepalen. Jouw persoonlijke doelstelling op weg naar een betere levensstijl. Elke maand doen we minstens een meting en op basais van de uitkomsten krijg je adviezen. Hoe je beter kunt slapen zonder te piekeren, wat je moet doen om hormonen positief voor je te laten werken, welke momenten op de dag goed zijn om te bewegen en ga zo maar door. Er is niet een weg die naar Rome leidt. We maken op basis van jouw uitkomsten een aangepast plan en wij garanderen dat je vooruit gaat. Inmiddels zijn er ruim 4 miljoen metingen gedaan met dezelfde apparatuur als die jij gaat gebruiken. Dit betekend dat je niet alleen wordt vergeleken met je eigen waarden maar ook die van duizenden mensen met dezelfde leeftijd, geslacht en gewicht als jij.
