Army Reserves Military Intelligence Officer (August 2010 – Pres)-Developed Brigade Anti-Terrorism Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) -Worked with subordinate units to coordinate policy consistency and enforcement.-Coordinated with local law enforcement to arrange for emergency response in case of terrorist activity.- Responsible for integrating civil affairs collection of information with local populous into human intelligence to provide the commander and area units the “so what” of the information. -Security Manager and Anti-Terrorism Officer responsible for physical security, security clearances, and briefing soldiers on defensive tactics. Army National Guard Military Intelligence Officer (May 2005 – August 2010)- Responsible for 22 soldiers including training, discipline, evaluations, conflict resolution, and morale.- Deployed to Iraq (March 2008 - Aug 2009) as Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Platoon Leader in charge of 22 soldiers providing Aerial Reconnaissance to support operations and intelligence collection.- Designed and implemented a (SOP) for the UAS platoon, which resulted in over 2000 flight hours and an Army Commendation Medal.- Conducted investigations into allegations of misconduct including recommendation of remedies upon completion. -On redeployment acted as liaison to other deploying units allowing for a smooth redeployment of over 3000 soldiers.

- Championed projects such as first moving internal candidates from a paper system to an online application system, which included working with management and training employees how to use the new system.- Completed additional programming assignments to assist the IT department using PHP, MYSQL, C#, SQL Server, Powershell, and Java.- Developed scripts in Powershell to automate sending emails to terminated employees.- Developed HRIS programs such as Access databases and Excel Pivot Tables to track employee relation issues, tuition reimbursement, AAP statistics, and time to hire.
