As District Manager for company locations in the midwest, I am responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of Managers for all areas of the business including day-to-day operations, new store development, training, quality guest interactions and service, restaurant marketing, staffing, team development, business strategy, and more.

In my role, I oversaw coffee houses in the southern metro area of Minneapolis including Burnsville, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Northfield, Owatonna, and Mankato. Our systems improved training completion rates and team efficiency while reducing operating costs and incident rates.
