I have served as a missionary-pastor for more than 30 years via pastoral ministry, outreach, preaching, teaching & equipping roles. My gifting from the Lord tends to be evident as Pastor-Shepherd/Teacher, Exhortation, Mercy, Discernment and Faith.I am a church-man (and a coach at heart), which means I believe in serving in God's chosen instrument for the furthering of His redemptive plan. Having served in various ways like church planting ministries, gospel outreach & witnessing and the equipping of the saints for service I have done with His church in mind. My ecclesiology is closely related to my soteriology. I desire to fulfill the Great Commission of making disciples. I love God's people, His church.I have been accepted as a Doctor of Ministry degree student with Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Biblical Theology). My goal is to finish this D.Min. degree by 2023I love practical theology! In my way of thinking...if our study of God's Word & the training of His people are not resulting in practical ministry enhancement and efforts, then I think to myself, "What is the point!" We must train a new generation of God's people!
