MyTek is an MSP located in the Phoenix area Currently working as the company lead Sr. Solution Architect. Help mange the engineering team and helpdesk, while also a hands-on Solutions Architect. MyTek has a hosting environment that provides hosting services to many clients around the United States with business from all areas including healthcare, financial and small business. I also manage the hosting operations, client on site services and architectural design. We also provide managed services for our customers in Office 365 and Azure. We have a very wide range of services also outside the hosting services ranging from VMware management and design to Cloud backups. Working very hands on in VMware 6.7, Office 365, all versions of Windows servers, Linux, Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, SonicWALL etc. With the change of so many workers now working from home, my current primary focus is providing companies automated and system management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Full transition of on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD, including transitioning all on premise servers to the cloud and setting up disaster recovery for each, to protect from ransomware attacks. My key strengths are the ability to evaluate the current environment and technologies then design and implement new solutions to be faster, more secure at the same time reducing costs.
