Responsible for the daily scheduling of all cementitious and aggregate materials to 22 active ready mix plants in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Constant monitoring of material levels at all plants to ensure available materials for concrete production daily, as well as tracking of daily production levels to assist in ordering materials for the following days production demands.

The District Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the ready mix concrete plants in the area. I personally was responsible for up to 10 production plants with 90+ employees.
