Key Achievements:• Implemented HR systems for the Central Station Main Works (Sydney Metro) project. This was a billion-dollar infrastructure project located at Sydney’s iconic Central Railway Station. I was a key member of the leadership team during bid phase through a year into construction.• Achieved 3.5 % indigenous participation within the workforce, exceeding state governments target by 1%.• Implemented a region wide talent and succession review which resulted in engagement score increase from 65% to 74% over a three-year period.• Coached senior leaders around engagement, employee development and talent retention resulting in attrition falling from 24% down to 16% over the same three-year period.
