Returning once again to my IT communications fundamentals, AT&T and I have joined forces on a contract to support Camp Pendleton base communications. Assigned initially to the Base core infrastructure, the challenges of managing an infrastructure supporting thousands of our Uniformed services personnel is both exciting and rewarding.

Worked with a high-octane team of IT Security professionals assigned to a high-profile University in Downtown Los Angeles. Working tirelessly to establish a ground-up security posture that was both scale-able, and immediately functional, we were able to develop a diverse set of foundation-oriented documents that were able to address immediate concerns, mid-term requirements and posture the University for long range success. A true pleasure to work there, and would highly recommend the team at Delphis to anyone looking for a challenge in Security project development.

Enterprise level management of intelligence system programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance through extensive communication Manage network infrastructure and assets across six separate classified computer networks supporting over 150 users. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues through effective communication with external entities, supervision of personnel and coordination of task management.While stationed here, I successfully coordinated the receipt, accountability and issuance of over $50MM in intelligence and transport systems in support of higher headquarters program direction. Project office tasking included equipment from TROJAN SPIRIT, IAS FoS, TEG, TPCS, C-HEP, JWICS and the SCI Enterprise Office. I currently represent I MEF G2 on the MCISRE data council, and thrive on having active input into the future of data management and organization within the United States Marine Corps.

Effectively managed and directed network operations in a controlled environment, supporting over 800 users and 1500 clients. Created a robust information assurance program and conducted compliance and awareness training for 1200 employees. Successfully controlled and mitigated several computer security incidents by actively engaging external entities and managing employee impact while adhering to established security policies and directives.Created an information security accountability and training program to support over 1200 employees under condensed timelines, achieving a commendatory score of 99%, and received noteworthy marks from the inspectors.

Actively tested a multi-layer security system in coordination with local Marine law enforcement, NCIS, and executive staff through coordinated clandestine testing procedures, resulting in a proven security posture and an increased level of threat awareness. Trained and tested workforce for emergency preparedness and disaster recovery planning in a secure environment. Continuously trained, tested, and utilized employee skill sets in cryptography use, program management and security administration.Managed and reported status and serviceability of all TS/SCI active clearances aboard MCAS Iwakuni. Successfully deployed four SPINTCOM Marines to Camp Mujuk, South Korea, Operation FOAL EAGLE, 2011, and was successful in rapidly deploying SCI communications equipment, achieving training goals in accordance with MOS requirements and executive direction within a limited time window with no direct supervision.

Enterprise level management of intelligence system programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance through extensive communication, as well as managing network infrastructure and assets across six separate classified computer networks supporting over hundreds of users in an austere and dangerous environment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues through effective communication with external entities, and providing close supervision of personnel and coordination of task management across branch offices and separate geographical locations on the West Coast, and abroad. During this time, I was deployed 23 out of 37 months, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. My duties included management of the tactical intelligence infrastructure, through coordination with multiple government agencies, and strategic planning through the use of logistical support and measured asset control and allocation. Efforts in Iraq culminated with the closure of Camp Al Fallujah, and the coordination of moving of the Commanding General's intelligence infrastructure over 100 miles to a strategically placed cold-site aboard Camp Al Asad. I was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for the providing key planning guidance, executing and completing the mission, while maintaining intelligence reporting up time, 100% accurate accountability of classified assets, and managing employee morale and welfare during a critical moment of battlefield exposure.

Hand-picked for the initial staff to assist in the planning, coordination and execution of a multi-level, secured compartment-ed information facility (SCIF) aboard Camp Pendleton worth over $120MM dollars. Adhering to strict technical and financial guidelines, established the groundwork for the intelligence processing center of the unit, provided the proper guidance to ensure functional workflow for over 400 Marines within a secured environment under compressed timelines, an unstable budget and cross-coordination across multiple government agencies and private sector vendors. Awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for the completion of the project.
