• The scope of the project is that the plant will produce Aluminum Fluoride AlF3 (for the smelters) and Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride (AHF). The complex will have the capacity to produce 60,000t of AlF3 per year and 10,000t of anhydrous HF per year.• Responsible for the erection of equipments for the chemical plant related to the production of ALF3, AHF and utility services approximately 3300 tones which includes installation of equipments as per drawings & specification and preservation as per vendor requirement. • Involving for coordination with engineering department to solve the issues as well as QA/QC & procurement for the smooth erection. • Preparation of method statements, Raise the technical query, planning for equipment erection and prepare risk assessment with safety manager and planning weekly reports for the erection status, following all HSE safety procedure.• Using software of Project Module by Autodesk Navisworks Freedom 2010 and Team binder software to update myself with latest revision of drawings and all types of document concerned to the project and feed all technical documents to side crew engineer, supervisor and foreman.• Produce risk assessments and advise on the implementation of current legislative and environmental requirements• Check all project drawings and designs and estimate material quantities required• Evaluate contractor tenders and manage on-site contractors• Perform project assessments to identify areas for improvement• Liaise with the project team with regards to planning and project maintenance

Qatar

India

• Project In charge at the Birla Copper plant for the fabrication, erection, hydro test and commissioning, as per consulting plan drawing.• Site in charge for the G.N.F.C-Site work at Methanol plant revamp where 10 % structure and 90 % piping work material SS/CS fabrication of spooling, erection, hydro test and commissioning was carried out.• Commissioning work for creating various gas stations for GUAJRAT GAS at various companies.

India

• G.N.F.C site revamp project of ammonia plant designated as Site in charge. Consulted by LINDAY Italy.• Fabrication and erection activities for new facilities, work involved initial IFC drawing, review, mark up and development of spools.• Creating fabrication list, receiving material and issue from client, recording of shop production.• Monitoring of shop and site fabrication, erection, hydro testing, commissioning and solving the problem and fulfilling the requirement of client. • CO shift Revamp pertaining to alloy steel piping A335, Gr-P-11 involving large size high pressure piping work requiring pre-heat and PEHT with 100% UT and RT test.• A total number of 101 joint, pipe size 24” Dia ,thickness 54 to 57 mm, 1 joint completed in 7days (with J grove cutting), 12 hr grinding, root plus passing wielding then radiography and complete wielding with welders, finally UT and RT test.

Saudi Arabia

• Haradh GOSP-1 project involved fabrication of over 6000 pipe spools of range from 2" to 30" and involving heavy wall thickness of X60 grade using SMAW,SAW and GTAW process .• Piping fabrication was as per ASME Sec .ix ANSI B 31.3 and API 1104. • Involving CS, LT, CS, SS, Duplex and Cu-Ni piping components all of NACE standard. • The CS piping involved FBE Coating Structural and piping support fabrication of over 1500 Tones, welded as per AWS D 1.1. Worked with the Project Director ALBERT BELL.• SADAF expansion project involved the fabrication of C.S piping of 18" 0 using SMAW and SAW process over 18kms length. • Ar-Razi Methanol Line: Client-Ar-razi Safaniyah utility U/G piping Juamah Gas Plant to Ibn Sina Cross country piping. • Fabrication of C.S piping 16"0 using SMAW and SAW process over 24kms.length. The BAL’S SAUDI ARAMCO Gas Oil Separator Plant 1 Project along with the Project Director A WINSTANLEY.

India

• Piping supervisor at G.N.F.C Site for various plants urea, ammonia, new project of acetic acid plant• Responsible for the fabrication activities for installation of new facilities.• Work involved initial IFC drawing review, mark-up, development of spool fabrication list, material receipt and issue from client, recording of shop production, monitoring of shop production and welder performance.• Site activities involved piping erection supervision hydro testing and punch list and commissioning.

Abu Dhabi

• Worked under N.P.C.C Abu Dhabi as Fabrication Supervisor. Making deck and jackets for offshore.• Fabrication of deck, jacket and spool fabrication, erection, installation of pre commissioning of equipment, hydro testing and load out fabricated assemblies on barge to be installed at off shore.

Qatar

• Responsible for fabrication activities for installation of new facilities.• Work involved initial IFC drawing review, mark-up, development of spool fabrication list, material receipt and issue from client.• Recording of shop production details, material trace ability, delivery recording, welder qualifications, monitoring of shop production and welder performance and liaising with QA/QC department and other departments.• The fabrication was completed in 6 months; ahead of schedule .Site activities involved piping erection supervision, hydro testing and punch list completion.
