I am the CEO of American Protective Services which I have just opened along with a former law enforcement officer of over 20 years. Our main focus will be providing armed and unarmed security services to schools, retail businesses, executive protection, private home security, armed transport, mobile patrols and event security depending on the size and location of the event. We also offer firearms and defensive tactics training and work with our affiliate partners with conceal and carry, unarmed and armed guard training classes. We also aim to hire ex military veterans and police and support them fully in their transition. I am the CEO for Beverly Hills Capital Group, Ltd. that was put together with a group of partners to focus on raising capital for small and large development projects. Beverly Hills Capital Group is working on a Billion Dollar plus real estate development project and is currently looking for the right JV/Equity partner to build the countries largest indoor/outdoor waterpark and hotel. With a full team on board that has 30 years experience in this space and partnerships with architects, engineers, designers, hotel operators and other necessary personnel we plan to bring this project to fruition. One of our affiliated partners was one of the founding members who created the Waterpark/hotel and family entertainment industry which many said couldn’t be done when he created Great Wolf Lodge Decades ago prior to taking the company public and selling it. With my over 25 years experience in the residential lending industry as well I created many long lasting relationships. My experience in these fields over the last 25 years has afforded me the opportunity to help many investors, developers, residential and commercial property owners, contractors, business owners, families and real estate agents meet their specific needs as well as their clients investment needs and expected returns.
