For the 2013 elections I was running for a seat in Dutch Parliament for the D66 party. D66 won in the elections (from 10 to 12 seats) but this was not sufficient to for me to enter parliament. This was a very interesting period in which I travelled the country and spoke with numerous people on the challenges, possibilities, threats and opportunities for the Dutch people.

I started with Deloitte as International Tax Advisor in 2005. Advising clients on the Dutch tax law to improve their international business structure. I worked with clients in the Health Care & Life Sciences business and with companies interested in expanding their business to emerging markets in Africa and South America.

Croatia

The starting point of an international career. Working as a travel rep in Croatia. I worked for 3 years for GoGo tours, a Dutch youth travel organization, in Rovinj and Medulin. As travel rep I was responsible for, amongst others, housing, activities and negotiations with local entrepeneurs.
