Direct day to day operations, manage multiple co-packer relationships, direct creative teams, website development, marketing campaign coordination, companywide infrastructure development, and a wide variety of special projects. Responsible for the creative direction and manufacturing of all products and packaging. Manage retailer and distributor order fulfillment, as well as support systems for a nationwide sales team. Responsible for technology systems, including CRM and accounting systems.• Spearheaded transition to hot fill bottling with Niagara Bottling, LLC, reducing COGS by nearly 50%. • Secured key co-packing relationships and pricing agreements, resulting in product introduction at Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, BJs and Restaurant Depot.• Worked directly with Disney and Marvel creative teams to launch award winning product packaging, resulting in a Gold award from the BeverageWorld 2015 Global Packaging Awards, and a BevStar Gold Medal in the Water/Enhanced Water category.• Restructured operations and production of Bazi, the company’s all-natural energy drink, sourced new packaging, redesigned packaging artwork, and reformulated product resulting in a 50% increase in sales.• Developed and launched extensive marketing campaigns, utilizing online banner, search, contextual, mobile, newsletter, social media, and other platforms and applications leading to a significant increase in same store sales.• Launched e-commerce program on Amazon, resulting in over 100% increase in sales of the company’s energy drink in the first month.• Managed co-packing relationships and simultaneous production schedules with multiple facilities distributed across the US.
