Still, the majority stubbornly believes in the success illusions of gurus, popular authors and well-known consultancy firms, but success is not a choice and certainly not a matter of applying methods. I unambiguously show how disastrous they are for your organisation or company. I am well aware that I do not fit in with every company. I am contrary, I don't like all sorts of fads and sometimes I make proposals that go against the grain of the prevailing mores. After all, it is all about one thing: making a company better.
