About Robert Van Raay
Over the last 40 years I have provided assistance to clients in Australia and overseas by way of asset valuation and advisory services, largely to support financial decisions and support during transactions (Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sale & Leaseback, Capital Raising, etc) and for management functions (Purchase Price Allocations, Opening Book/Tax Values, Insurance, Litigation Support, Expert Witness, Fair Value Reporting, etc). My network is extensive and valuable. If I don't know anyone I generally will know someone who does. This is particularly beneficial when dealing with clients involved in transactions as well as connecting people with similar interests, needs and pursuits. I am a qualified valuer/appraiser/surveyor. I am a Fellow and former Chairman of the Executive Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Victoria/Tasmania, as well as a member of various RICS Oceania Boards. I am also a Fellow and Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute.
