Current• Provide insights and recommendations to ADT's Executive Leadership Team and other corporate leaders, leveraging my expertise in home security, smart home, and IoT to continuously drive improvements in our business• Conduct interviews on former competitor executives to uncover key insights and drive business strategy• Invented a new type of security system and awarded two patents with the U.S. Patent Office on behalf of ADT, with 18 unique claims• Lead brand claim research/development on various projects; took the initiative and worked with a research vendor to have ADT named the #1 Smart Home Security Provider, which became the hallmark of our marketing campaign six years and counting• Delivered high-impact strategic and competitive insights on some of ADT’s initiatives, including our transition to a consumer financing business model; divestiture of our Canadian business; acquisition of a DIY security competitor and entry into the DIY market; and acquisition of our largest dealer partner• Conduct advertising spend analyses using platforms like Nielsen; provide reviews of competitors’ advertising spend, media mixes, and other key metrics• Provide recommendations and research support on various legal proceedings, often with the objective of protecting ADT’s brand in market• Serve as an ADT product expert, giving presentations to various community groups to help them better understand ADT as a company as well as our product and service offerings
