As a consultant I am busy with guiding clients and making inventory of their wishes, determining prices etc. The ultimate goal is to deliver a real sample and bring it to production after approval from the customer. For both positions I supervise the complete procurement process from A – Z. As a product-manager and consultant it is a challenge, which I am happy to accept, to come to balanced collections of ladie’s and men’s shoes but also place these styles at the right manufacturer and negotiate a commercial price. For large retailers I have succesfully placed production / collection at different manufactures, but also working on a new premium sneaker brand to be developed. For all other multimedia (FB, IG,Twitter and direct-mail) I was responsible.In a time frame of 3 years the turnover of this webshop has increased tenfold, which has led to a total increase in turnover of 5 – 10%.
