I launched three successful portfolio companies, quickly growing to multi-million dollar revenue in our first year and subsequent triple digit YOY revenue growth. As the CEO and Chief Product Officer, I owned the full product lifecycle, including product development, pricing strategy, go-to-market launches, eCommerce and retail sales. I led a team of 17 people, delivering outstanding home décor products (B2C) and exceptional software for small-to-medium sized businesses (B2B).

Engaged by the founders to develop Lull’s consumer product lines and launch an eCommerce sales funnel. I helped launch the brand to deliver an 8-figure revenue line in its first year. I built the foundation for profitable growth by focusing on quality product development, focusing on the customer experience and building strong strategic partnerships. Notably, I led the development of a custom eCommerce site and a proprietary order management software that grew sales by 300%, increased average order by 15% and realized significant labor cost savings. My team of 11 employees remained engaged throughout my tenure (100% team retention) with several direct reports later promoted to director-level positions.

Engaged to drive new outbound leads, I helped develop the sales development rep (SDR) program and performed as a top sales rep. The SDR program exponentially grew new sales leads and I personally generated millions in lifetime customer value, fueling rapid growth toward a successful IPO in 2015.

Engaged to validate the product-market fit for a digital advertising network and software offering. I influenced the product road map through customer feedback and performed as the company’s top sales rep during my tenure.

Reporting to the CEO, I accelerated the development and marketing for SensyTouch’s innovative software (SaaS). I doubled the recurring customer base of SensyTouch’s eCommerce software products and completed the minimum viable product for SensyTouch's large touchscreen applications.
