Head Estimator/Buyer• Solely responsible for estimating approximately 6 proposals per month• Responsible for final review, edit and submittals of all proposals • Responsible for pricing, evaluating, designing and writing government and commercial proposals, including firm fixed price (FFP) and time and material (T&M) • Primary point of contact for project owners and engineers • Identify, obtain quotes and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers• Research and identify bidding opportunities through government and private sectors• Prepare request for proposals (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ), including all paperwork and documentation• Successfully won over 60+ bid proposals ranging from $30K - $1.5MProject Manager/Supervisor • Supervise 10+ employees • Prepare project submittals, handle project-set up, kick off meetings, and project close-out• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, estimates to completion (ETC) and estimates at completion (EAC)• Oversee 3-6 projects simultaneously ranging in value from $30K - $1.5M• Responsible for hiring, staffing and training for all projects (1-10 employees/project)• Serve as main point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, government inspectors, engineers and owners• Have signature approval for all accounts payable and create purchase orders (PO’s)Safety Manager• Lead safety inspector for all projects• Design and compile site specific safety plans for all projects• Designed, evaluate and execute lead abatement plans • Oversee daily and weekly safety inspections• Responsible for training employees for each project• Inspect all equipment and scaffolding Additional Responsibilities• Quality Control Supervisor and primary Coding Inspector on various projects

Promoted continued donations from employees with companies running a United Way Campaign. I was responsible for setting up meetings for 1-200 employees, presenting the United Way, asking for donations, following up with all donars, and increasing donar base.
