I was transfered from Metaldyne to Diversified Machine, when Metaldyne sold off their Chassis Group. Diversified and SMW merged and the new company was named Chassix.Senior Product Engineer for suspension and transmission components and assemblies.Knuckles, wheel hubs, pinions, flanges. Aluminum, Iron and Steel products.Customer Engineering Liaison for major global OEM suspension programs.Expertise in cost reduction development and innovative designs.My past experience as a Process engineer supports my skills at designing for low cost manufacturing and problem solving.

My career at Metaldyne began at Simpson Industries in Litchfield, MI. Simpson, MascoTech and GMTI merged in 2000 to form Metaldyne.I was the Product Engineering Manager, Chassis Division, for the design and development of safety critical suspension components and assemblies, such as; knuckles, spindles, control arms, wheel hubs, and yokes. I also served as the Product Engineering Manager, Driveline Division, for automatic transmission and other driveline related components and assemblies, such as; wet clutches, housings, differentials, yokes, clutch hubs, and valve bodies.I had spent several years as a Customer Service Engineer for domestic and international customers for heavy duty, chassis, and automatic transmission components such as; exhaust manifolds, housings, knuckles, wheel hubs, clutch hubs, one-way hubs, gear blanks, brake caliper brackets. I started at Simpson in 1982 as a Process Engineer for development and program launch of various automotive and heavy duty machined products, such as; harmonic balancers, isolators, housings, engine covers, pump housings, transmission hubs and housings, brake drums and balance shafts.
