CFI also enjoyed a 10-year average annual growth of 27% while maintaining very high levels of profitability. Upon the sale of CFI in 2015 to a public company, I continued on as President of the division that purchased the company (Newmark Global Corporate Services) through transition until May 2016 where I lead a $30M bottom line improvement in operations.CFI was an amazing ride, and I appreciate the hard work and dedication of all its employees and consultants to make the company successful.

    I worked at FaciliTech for several years in the late 80's. FaciliTech had the vision of what we now call IWMS YEARS before it was a buzzword much less an industry. Back in the mid 80's they were doing hand held data collectors tied to barcodes for room inventories, CAD integration to space management and work orders, work orders generated from building automation alerts, etc. Great stuff even by today's standards.While I was there I ran their CAD and CAFM departments. Actually, I built it from scratch. We built a team from just myself to about 50% of the companies revenues. It was a great experience.
