GenArraytion Inc., hired me for a single purpose: to create five new products (MultiFLEX bead-based assays for pathogen identification and characterization) that would be used by the Department of Defense for infectious disease testing. My expertise in the field of molecular diagnostics allowed GenArraytion Inc. to accomplish their objective on time, netting the company a million plus dollar contract. After the contract was over I was kept on the team and we continued to add additional products to the product line. This product line, which I oversaw, was GenArraytion's most consistent source of income as well as one its largest. From sales through production and shipping, I ensured that all aspects of the operation flowed smoothly.

Outperformed the S&P 500's compound annual growth rate of 13.4% by more than double between the years of 2010-2013 by continually assessing market developments and their impact on portfolio/asset performance.

I was also the lead program designer and customer support representative of Qiagen's QIAplex MDD software. Trained Bio-Rad's sales force on company products, trained Qiagen employees on the use of Genaco's MDD software, and trained personnel at the CDC on the use of Qiagen's multiplex molecular diagnostics.Qiagen acquired Genaco Biomedical Products Inc. in October of 2006 (the company I worked for initially) for approximately 22 million in cash with another 18 million in milestone payments.
